Thanks for asking. Almost all of my designs are two-sided and held in place with vacuum and locating pins. All my vacuum boards have slots for 3mm round EPDM gaskets and holes for 5mm locating pins. The 5mm locating pin holes are all some multiple of 32mm away from the origin/tool change plate at the top-right of the board. The 5mm holes on the bottom of the projects get rubber feet. The above board also has 2mm locating pin holes (16mm grid) which were needed/used for this design (foot holes are off grid).
I used the pictured fixture to mill the 30 degree slot. The fixture is also based on a 32mm grid and has a front-right origin/tool plate.
